sulogin: remove consoles.c from libcommon
- move struct chardata to include/ttyutils.h - move console.{h,c} to login-utils/sulogin-* (it's sulogin specific) - fix sulogin and agetty includes Signed-off-by: Karel Zak <kzak@redhat.com>
