[dhcpc-busybox] Workaround for badly assigned sshd.service
Currently, slx-admin/taskmanager attach sshd.service to
network.target.wants, but it should be the other way round:
sshd wants network. Currently, in MiniLinux, network.target never gets
activated by anything. So abuse this to pull in the target.
