[kiosk-slxbrowser] honor SLX_AUTOLOGIN instead of
SLX_BROWSER_INTERACTIVE which makes no sense in slxbrowser anyways. Also
wait a tad longer before starting to work around that stupid bug that
the browser started but invisible until the user presses a key/mouse
(weird openbox/QT interaction?).
