[run-virt/fspanel] Launch fspanel with VM sessions for easier recovery
If a user somehow manages to minimize the VM, they might not know what
to do to recover the window (Alt-Tab *should* work, but maybe sometimes
doesn't). Having a simple taskbar that displays the minimized VM window
should help them recover the session and not panic.
