[run-virt] openslx.exe: Disable effects/animations for remoteaccess mode
Fading windows in and out, dropping shadows etc. makes a remote session
feel more sluggish. Try to disable as many of them as possible.
Also, reset the cursor theme to the traditional plain white one from the
Win95 days, which don't look messed up via Guacamole.
