[serversetup-bwlp-ipxe] Add DHCP option overrides; add hook mechanism
A default boot entry can now override certain option codes set by the
DHCP server before executing the target binary.
A hook mechanism makes it possible for other modules to dynamically
supply additional boot entry types.
