[serversetup-bwlp-ipxe] Fix initrd= command line for EFI
initrd=cpio1,cpio2 is syslinux syntax and not understood by the
kernel when booting in EFI mode. The proper way to this is
initrd=cpio1 initrd=cpio2 ...
